Conveniently located in the heart of the Fraser Valley just 20 minutes from Langley, Mission, and Chilliwack our state of the art, 45,000 square foot facility is designed to meet the diverse needs of our members. We provide our members with an all-inclusive fitness facility of approximately 45,000 square feet. Our focus is to cater to the individual, so whether your interest lies in traditional fitness, recreational sport, remedial relaxation, or any combination of the three, Bolt is equipped with the resources to help you utilize and expand your athletic passion!

MAIN GYM
Bolt Fitness offers an array of gym equipment to suit your needs. This includes cardio equipment, weightlifting equipment, and a functional fitness zone that includes a turf and stretching equipment. All of our equipment is user-friendly and can accommodate both beginners and seasoned athletes.


WOMEN'S ONLY AREA
Our Women’s only area is a private space offering women the perfect environment to workout with confidence. This area features a variety of cardio equipment, strength training equipment, and functional training gear to support your fitness goals.
