Do I need to be a member to train with you?
Personal training is available to members and non-members. Members get preferred rates on packages.
What's included in the free consult?
A 30-minute conversation about your goals, a quick movement assessment, a tour of the facility, and a recommendation for which package fits your situation.
How long does it take to see results?
Most clients feel stronger and more energetic within 3–4 weeks. Visible body composition changes typically show in 8–12 weeks with consistent training and good nutrition.
Can I train with a friend?
